International Court Council

Initial Heirs named on Feb 26, 1995. (L to R, behind Jose Sarria) Coco LaChine – NYC, Champagne – Portland, Nicole Murray Ramirez – San Diego, Kate Central Parkway – Cincinnati, Jim Mangia – Los Angeles, Art Tomlin – Toronto, Jessica St Jon – Dallas.

The initial “council of heirs” was named publicly on Feb 26, 1995 at the end of the 30th Anniversary Coronation weekend in San Francisco, CA. Though the council was publicly named then, the quest for an official council of advisers to Jose had begun a few years earlier.  The first attempt at an organized body of advisors was to have been named the International Alliance of Courts. Those working with Jose to create this were Nicole Murray Ramirez of San Diego, Coco LaChine of New York City,  Art Tomlin of Toronto, Jessica St Jon of Dallas and Larry Mastropierro of Reno. Though that initial organizational attempt didn’t come to fruition. The next attempt a couple of years later did and it became the International Court Council.
